At the most recent meeting of the Auburn Lions Club, Jason Caldwell (right), Assistant Editor, Inside the Auburn Tigers, spoke about several of the Auburn University sports programs. Drawing on his detailed knowledge of recruits, he reviewed the University football, basketball, and softball programs. He thought the football program should be better on defense, but that offense was harder to predict. He was optimistic about men’s basketball and about softball. He also thought Auburn was due to provide an improved softball facility. Pictured also is club President Keith Ryland.
